My People Promise
I didn’t start speaking because I like big lights and flashy stages (though they are quite fun). My work and my message is fundamentally about people. Talking to them, understanding them, and learning to care for them despite any apparent differences. I have no desire to fly in to an event, walk on stage, get my applause and then jet out the back door to the next engagement.
That sounds awful.
 So as much as your schedule (and mine) allow, I want to be with the people. I like to arrive early so I can spend a few hours or even a day with them, just being a part of the event, like any other attendee. This time is incredibly valuable for me to customize my message to meet their unique needs. And this is my promise to you: I will do everything in my power to honor the trust you have placed in me by allowing me to speak to the people you represent. The human beings in the audience are what this is all about, and that responsibility means everything to me.

A Streamlined Process
Events are chaotic enough as it is, you don’t need any extra hassle or drama from me. Here’s the process:
1. Inquiry
See if I’m available and start a conversation. You can do this with the big “Book Dallin” button on this website or by calling 307-851-7250
2. Quick Chat
I want to understand your event and how I can help make your vision a reality (and your life easier). We’ll also make sure we’re aligned on all the pricing and terms.
3. Contract
With a simple agreement signed and a deposit paid, I block off my calendar and those days are officially all yours!
4. Kickoff & Prep Call
A kickoff to make sure I prepare the perfect content for your audience, and provide any media (custom video promos, headshots, intros, bios, etc.) that you need.
5. Final Pre-Event Call
Just a few weeks before the event, we touch base to make sure all the details are confirmed, including travel, arrival times, content, tech checks, etc.
5.5 Travel
This isn’t really a separate item, but it’s important to me. I will always update you to let you know I’ve arrived safely and everything is good to go. Just one less thing for you to worry about.
6. Event Day
You already have plenty on your mind on event day. I’ll show up where I need to be, when I need to be, and promise to not be a diva about anything.
7. Debrief Call
We share audience feedback, media, and ideas for future success with each other.
8. Look Forward
How else can I serve you? Discuss future events, referrals, or introductions I can make to other trusted speakers or resources to help you in your work.
